Good Day Anil
Assuming the OSCOL is installed & running OK on both nodes...
(Use "ps -ef |grep oscol" to find the process).
Read SAP Note 451166 - then read it again. Install & configure the CCMS
agent. If there is an SAP ABAP system present on the node then use
SAPCCM4X and if there is not then use SAPCCMSR. 2 URLs below - 1 for
OSCOL & 1 for CCMS - read these and follow any links from these pages
that are applicable to your environment/scenario.

You may have to reassemble the URLs if they're broken as usual. Note
the 'prerequisites' in the CCMS install link. There's a bit to setup
beforehand if you've never done it before.
