Igor,
You have to check the table RSRHIEDIR if the hierarchy node was filled, if no, run the report UGMD_BATCH_SYNC for hierarchy.

Hemant,
when an infopackage are run in a Process Chain, check box in infopackage is ignored by th Process Chain
