There is a transaction in the IMG which I do not see on the user menu path. This is FAGL_CO_PLAN. This is to initiate copying plan data from CO to FI.
I believe once you run the program SAP will continue to transfer planning data afterwards. If you run the program twice you could end up with duplicate data.

Please differentiate between CO planning and FI planning! As I know, CO planning could carry out for cost center. What about FI planning?
