[sap-log-pp] Confirmed Qty & UD quality is different

HI Gurus,
Please suggest me some solution...
1) Sale order 100 Ea
2) Production Order has 100 Ea, Confirmed PO for 100 qty (this 100 will b in quality stock)
3) While doing results recording and UD (i,e Insp type 4). During UD only 80 Ea is good and moved to UR stock, remaining 20 is scrapped.
Here my sales order is for 100 Ea and confirmed is 100 Ea but QA quantity is 80.
How the system maps the SO quantity?
what does MRP do? (I hv confirmed 100 out of 100)
what happens to 20 which is scrapped how this accountable? there is mismatch in the order confirmed and UD made quantity to over come this scenarion
