Hi,
as far as I know, it's not enough to copy the role in the backend system. You need to to make ecessary adjustments in the portal/UME, because the role sap_j2ee_admin is wrap into the system in some way (I'm sorry, I don't know the datails).
As far as I know it's not recommended to rename the role sap_j2ee_admin, cause it's going to cause a lot of trouble.
