Hi
It depends on business requirements of what is to be done with the claim.
If you just want to clear it, you can create a gross salary adjustment wage type - non-taxable. Then enter an IT 15 with the w/t and amt for the pay period where the claim has been generated. Re-run payroll.
If the company wants to treat it as a loan or advance, you can create w/t for loans/advances. These can be entered through IT 78.
