The configuration for absence quota types, Define Absence Quota Types, includes values for:
Employee subgroup grouping for Time quota types (the 1 in the error message)
Personnel subarea grouping for time quota type (the 30 in your message)
Absence quota type (the 50 in your message)
The EE subgorup grouping is set based on the configuration step in Group Employee Subgroup for Time Quotas
The PSA grouping is set based on the configuration step in Group Personnel Subareas for Time Quotas __.____._
