I am not a functional person, but the way we got around it is by using the User Exit: EXIT_SAPFP50M_002 on the save of infotype 0002. You should be able to determine what action is being currently processed using ipsyst-massn and therefore only send an email for only those actions that should trigger it. Of course, an ABAP person would have to do this work. __.____._
