It could be possible, that someone created the G/L-account some time before - maybe for the SAP source company code 0001. Then someone deleted the account manually from the tables and forgot to delete all languages in SKAT for this account.
I have often the same problem in my SAP projects. For that: also manually delete the entry in SKAT for this language. Then recreate the complete account in the normal way. __.____._
