You had to write PCR and made some settings in Schema

Dear All
i have a scenerio
I have created a annual leave quota of 30 days for a year.
The requirement is like ,an employee can carry forward 10 days to the next year
which makes the next year quota to 40 Days(30+10 Days).
How can we automate the above requirement?
