Sure!
Use transaction SHD0 and follow next steps:
1. Create screen variant on tab screen variants
2. Create transaction variant on tab transaction variant assigning the
screen variant created in step 1
3. Finally on tab Standard variant activate the transaction variant
created on step 2
Also you can test the new screen on the same transaction SHD0.
