Hello
Assign the role related to UI for ur user id....for example SAP_CRM_UIU_MKT_PROFESSIONAL,SAP_CRM_UIU_SLS_PROFESSIONAL
Go to Su01 and assign this roles u can login in to the SAP UI and selet the roles and u can work as usal

Go to Su01---give ur user id and go to display and then click on change go tto roles and add the roles related to UI for example
