Sorry please refer to business event group as business event type in the earlier message
Once an employee has undergone training in a business event ( under a business event type) and you have another business event in a different period ( under the same business event type) where you are trying to book an employee for training is going to show this message.
One work around is to create another business event type and call it refresher course and create a business event under this business event type and book the employee but remember the employee would again be permitted once for one booking here too and not more.
If your course is spread across different continuous or non continuous periods for which you want to book your employee , you need to create a curriculum which is a feature in ECC6.0
