Hi Shailendra,
This seems like an Illegal installation. SAP does not support IDES 4.7 installations on Windows XP. You must install on Windows 2002 +
Check out the PAM http://service.sap.com/pam
You should also refer to SAP note 716604 for the correct version of the Java J2SE Version.
If you do not know if you are using a Local Administrator account or a Domain Administrator account get your System Administrator to let you know.
You are not allowed to install IDES 4.7 on your home laptop/PC, you can download the SAP NW Trial versions for your home H/W.
Search the SDN for the correct location.
