Prerequisites
You are on the Maintain Applicant Activities screen.
Procedure
- Select the desired activity, and choose Edit ® Planned <-> Completed.
- Enter data in the Performance field.
- Choose Planned -> Completed or Completed -> planned.
- Save the activity.
The system displays a screen entitled Change mode planned -> completed or Change mode completed -> planned.
The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.
Result
You have changed the status of the applicant activity.
