Reply from Mustafa on Nov 8 at 1:33 AM In service entry sheet there is an option of selecting Final Entry, which is same as delivery completed. You can see the final entry indicator button at header level of SES.
Click ENTRYSHEET in menu bar> SET STATUS> Final Entry.
OR Press CTRL + F5
