Hi,
When hiring a new employee by reference to an existing one (using the reference field in IT0000) the system in standard copying several infotypes from the old employee to the new one (for example infotype 0002, 0009 etc.).
The problem is that all the records copied from the old employee got the user name and the date of the user that make the hiring by reference.
I can understand it for the records of the new employee but why are the records from the old employee affected? Is it possible to prevent it from happening?
