Hello,
We are facing issue of Extra unwanted print output. If user gives a 2 Copies Automatically printer taking 4 copies.
We have check this user from another system there it works fine. Only from a system Windows XP system SP3 & SAPGUI730 this problem is coming.
We have reinstalled Operating system deleted and created new SAPID, but still for this Computer we are not able to solve the problem.
Kindly suggest to troubleshoot further.
