once you have completed the posting the exchange rate and both of the ampunts in foreign/local currency, cannot be changed anymore on it.
When you'll execute the foreign currency revaluation, it will use the valid exhange rate, then last one you uploaded.

Need a clarity on appended.
If we enter a foreign currency invoice today and assuming today's rate is not yet entered in the system, latest when the rate is updated for today will the system change the posted amount in local currency.
I think NO but need some confirmation.=, please advise.
