Reply from kum_suresh on Oct 8 at 3:52 PM Have you all set up the route determination (0VTC & 0VRF)? You can set up the default carrier in the route. Then when the shipment is created for the delivery you can activate the offer for tender functionality. I believe this can be hooked to your external software XPS to bring in the rates and carrier.
