Does anyone know how to determine Progress % considering exclusion of certain cost elements from % determination?
Example:
Plan Actual
CE1 100 50
CE2 700 150
CE3 100 20
====================
Total 900 220
Requirement is to include only CE 1 & CE 2 into POC% determination. So progress should be = (50+150) / (100+700) = 200 / 800 = 25%; Normally system include all CE to Progress determination.
I've tried to resolve it with 2 progress technical CE (type 61), but system still returns full value. I use Cost proportional measurement method.
Any help is appreciated.
