Question from Tapas on May 3 at 2:27 AM
Dear Experts,

I am unable to print through T-code ZMM78 & Zmm38.

I have 2 application instances.

In one instance I have 3 SPO work processes and all are in waiting status. And one having 3 errors.

Every time I try to print the spool request goes into error status.

But when I change the instance to 2nd one it is working fine.

Here I am attaching the developer trace of that SPO work processes and also the error description in SP01.
