Can you adjust so that you email directly from the PO? Then SAP will identify a change later and the statistical date will remain static. The buyer can follow-up with an additional email if it's necessary.
To email from the PO, you will need to maintain the email in the vendor contacts.

Hoping somebody can help with this issue. When we create a purchase order in SAP we don't always generate an output. We find that if no output is generated and processed, then if we need to change the delivery date the statistical date also changes to the same date. We want the statistical date to remain static and not change, even if we don't process an output. How can we fix this? Is there a user exit available for this issue? |
