Goods Issue Error Message - E M7 153 - Purchase Order xx Does Not Contain Items For A Stock Transfer Agreement

All,
I have created a Stock Transport Scheduling Agreement for an inter-company transfer, created the schedule lines and the subsequent delivery. At the point of PGI I receive the above error message, any ideas?
