Hey Vera,
So if both printers are exactly the same but reacting differently to the same commands, that's why I suggest re-flashing the firmware on the one not working correctly. Even if it's the same version already. It could have been corrupted and that's why it's not reacting as expected.

With that said, you can dump the printers config either by telneting to <Printer_IP>:9100 then entering ^HZa or from the Zebra setup utilities.
Also, if the printer supports SDG commands, that provides even better details than the ZPL so enter ! U1 getvar "allcv" "" to dump every function & value that printers firmware supports.

If none of that helps then there may be something wrong with the printer itself. You may need Zebra service Tech that can look at that.

Regards,
Mike

Subject: Zebra printer issues with clear buffer or memory

When labels print from AS400 using Zebra printer, and then from SAP, the last AS400 label overlaps with the 1st SAP labels. The ZPL clear code is used ^XA^MCY^XZ.
It prints fine on the office test printer, but does not on the warehouse printer. Any advice on this?
Thank you,
Vera
