also, check something called "Output Determination". Some transactions, such as printing a PO can be configured through SPRO to force a user to print to a specific printer. Check with your functional team about this.

Hello Guru.
I have been tasked to set up a single user to have 2 default output devices defined. From SU50 or SU01 I can click the Multiple Options button and get multiple input lines for Single Value: Output Device or Range : Output Device but when I enter 2 devices in either section su01/SU50 defaults only to the first one I entered and ignores the second one. Any other suggestions?
