When you say last 3 days, you mean 3 days before the due date? If you mean that, then you can achieve this via 'next payment date' in the parameters tab by updating the date with 3 days later to the supposed date
If you are executing payment run for 20 April 2017, just add +3 for it -> 23 April 2017 system will automatically pick all the items due till 23!
