You can check Work Order from Location Data Tap and Additional Data Tap

From Location Data
if you found them blank you must re-enter Cost Center for n both

The message No. ZFIGLVAL026 tells me a few things: 1. Starting with "Z" indicates it was added as part of your company's implementation. It is not a standard SAP error message. 2. "FIGL" means it is likely added by the Finance General Ledger group during the implementation. 3. "VAL026" is likely from the 26th Validation rule that they added.
FI and CO Validation and Substitution rules are a common method to ensure quality in the postings.
Recommend checking with your SAP support team for Finance.
