Reply from Anthony on Apr 21 at 10:20 AM There is the Vendor Evaluation system ME6H which is an SAP Pivot Table. We don't use it because we are owned by our Vendors. There are other tools under Logistics > Logisitics Execution > Information System > Goods receipt > Standard Analysis
Most all reports can be downloaded using a toolbar button.

It sounds like you are looking to PO transaction data not Vendor Master Data.
If this is the case, you can create a query (SQ00) using PO data files EKKO and EKPO.
Vendor Master file is LFA1.
Query output can be to a spreadsheet.
