Look at the share filesystem and see if you are capable to open it with the SapserviceSID id standing at the same host that sap is running.
Looks like group authorizations to me.

I have getting a issue in tp cleanbuffer command in Production server. When I import the request in Production system it's taking long time.
I run the command in as follows:
F:\usr\sap\trans\bin>tp cleanbuffer XXX pf=F:\usr\sap\trans\bin\TP_DOMAIN_XXX.PFL
tp=>sapparam(1c): No Profile used.
tp=>sapparam: SAPSYSTEMNAME neither in Profile nor in Commandline
This is tp version 380.10.20 (release 720, unicode enabled)
