Most likely you will have less on hand than the LS24 shows which should be the same amount that shows negative. Do LT01 and move the positive number of material from location to the negative number and whatever location it is in . LT12 to Confirm, LI21 to clear the difference, storage type 999 (remember to deselect all and then check the specific item you are clearing). Then do LS24 to check your work. Negative number should be gone and the quantity should be correct.

You have to make an inventory movement.MI10 if you don't have warehouse management, or LT01 for the special bin to your negative stock, and then LI21 to clear it.
