You can explore the functionality of Cash Weight Management and see it
suits your needs.
Else, if the material is Batch Managed, then you can add a batch
characteristic for moisture content. You can use this characteristic for
reporting and calculations in custom transactions.
If the reason for this requirement is something else, then specify that
reason and then other solutions can be sought.

Your requirement seems interesting. Contents of moisture which I understood
is a property of raw material. Since property is changing this can not be
addressed in SAP. However, you may explore possibility if you can use other
data in basic data for contents of material. You may have to create
another material code for the same. To identify a newly created material.
