Session Time-out duration say 2 or 3 Hours, By doing so, it would not
affect your users work as the duration is long enough to execute any
SAP related task for a User& also if someone forgets to logout say at
7 or 8pm, then automatically, the User reaches the Session Idle
Time-out& automatically gets logged-out by 11pm.

termination is advisable for inactive users sessions.
What kind of a maintenance you planed and why do you need to kill all user
sessions at a time.?
