Question from Tuija_H-McR on Feb 23 at 9:44 AM I have a bank account for Russian bank SBERBANK (SWIFT : SABRRUMM) with length of 20 numbers. There is no details of the "bank key".
I found an old posting explaining that the 2 first digits should be added to the bank key control field and the bank account field is 18 digits long. Does the bank key-field remain empty? Does the payment go through?
On the bank account details the bank informs of the "business unit no" that has 4digits/5 digits (without slash 9 digits in total). Is this required somewhere?
