HKEY_USERS\<unique user ID>\Software\SAP\SAPGUI Front\SAP Frontend Server\Customize\GuiXT
Set that REG_DWORD value to zero for all occurrences found under the various <unique user ID>s
That's the same as deselecting 'Activate GuiXT' under SAP GUI's "customize local layout".
Guixt.dll and .exe are part of the base SAP GUI install. If you want the fancy GuiXT functionality you have to get the $$$ versions and overwrite the default ones that come with it. You can't "uninstall" GuiXT without removing SAP GUI.
