Subject: How To Migrate From Windows 2003 To 2012 On A Distributed SAP System. System Copy?

Hi,

I have to migrate the windows operating system from my SAP system. I have to migrate from windows 2003 to windows 2012 r2. The DB of the system is sqlserver but it is distributed, the SAP server and the Bd are in different machines.
For the migration I have to make a homogeneous copy of OS only on a new machine. I do not know if anyone has ever done this. I have many doubts about the changes I have to make after the copy, since for example the IP's change.

A greeting.
