It appears to be a customizing issue. In your access sequence, check to see
if you're using condition table SAP004 which contains the Sales Org,
Distribution Channel and Product (*CRM SPRO->CRM->Basic
Functions->Pricing->Create Access Sequences)*.
After creating the access sequence, create a condition type (here pricing
condition can be set), then eventually create the pricing procedure (*CRM
SPRO->CRM->Basic Functions->Pricing->Define Settings for Pricing->Create
Condition Type)*
In summary, the pricing procedure depends on the condition type and access
sequence created in your system. Hope this helps
