Vertex changes jurisdiction codes at their end and the same need to be reflected in SAP customer master in a timely fashion as this is going to cause tax errors if the new jurisdiction codes are not updated.

Please let me know a robust way as to how this can be handled. I know one way is to use XD99 or MASS. Please specify any better way.
