"scope of list" and key in ALV
It will give you a tabulated display that you can export to a spreadsheet

Your best bet is to create a bespoke copy of what ME5A can provide, tailored to your specific needs, as a query (via SQ01/SQ02, if you have access rights), and then schedule that query to run as you require, and to be output as a 'saved list'.
