You can use Notification and Work Order list edit display report for particular equipment number ( or many equipment numbers , if you use multiple selection button ).
Reports : IW29 Notification display ( use equipment field , if you not use Equipment records , you can use Functional Location field in the same way )
IW39 Work order display ( use same way )
Historical codes
IW65 Notification activates display ( what done to fix equipment )
IW69 Notification Items ( include Object , Part and Failure codes )
