Do they have different lead times that are significant?
A given material can only have one planning lead time and one current cost.
The inventory can be managed with lot numbers and you could use characteristics to reflect cost and with some effort have things calculated correctly.
Planning lead times are generic and standard so some thought is needed in setting lead time.
