Can you try this two steps,
1. MB1A Mvt 552, This should Increase your Inventory back to Un-Restricted
2. MB1B Mvt 322, This would move the stocks from Un-Restricted to Quality Inspection
Note - You may need to inform your Finance on the Original Posting and the reversal postings in case the accounting documents is not posted in same general ledger for 552 and 553.
