[sap-log-sd] Not Able to Transfer Stock from One Sales Order to Another

When we are trying to transfer one sales order item to another sales order with movement type 413 E, it shows the error as "stock data of serial number ******* not suitable for movement".

The serial number also exists for the sales order which is transferred.

Please suggest what configuration setting I need to check. Why is this error coming?
