It seems they've built some custom code and it also seems it has never worked properly.
Together with a programmer I tested the process. They scan a handling unit and from there some checks are done and the printprogam in NACE is called. Eventually it gives an error message when, for example, the PRI parameter in the useraccount is not filled. When everything is ok though it gives the message: shipping label is being printed. However no spool is being generated. The printers are setup correctly and when I create a new sales order -> delivery -> handling unit in the test environment it does create a spool but in the production environment it doesn't. I must confess that I did not create a new delivery -> handling unit myself in production but I didn't because I expect it to work when the handling units are being scanned during the picking process in the warehouse. Unfortunately it doesn't work....
Have you ever encountered such an issue?

My client uses deliveries. These deliveries have V2 application output shipment labels. Now the shipmentlabel is created during delivery creation and than with LT31 is is printed. But my client wants it to be printed after TO confirmation.
Is this possible, if yes, how?
