I am trying to create a Purchase Requisition for an asset using MM under Grants MANAGEMENT and I have picked A-as account assignment everything done on checking for completeness am getting the following message. But I have activated AVC under Funds and Grants. Any solutions please?

GMAVC005 Diagnosis The annual budget is exceeded by 50,00 USD (GM PB Availability Control) for the document item 000010. Availability control on outgoing amounts raised this message for the following combination of availability control ledger, fiscal year, and control object: 9K@2016@00000000001500000035/WORLDBANK/-/-/- Note: The control object is defined for a grant/fund/sponsored program/sponsored class/budget time slice. Further notes You can display the amounts for the control object mentioned above by using transaction GMAVCOVRW. However, the amounts shown in reporting normally do not take into account the amounts of the current document.
