As for the own program there has to be an rfc connection and
parameter configuration under spro---accesscontrol-----maintain
configuration,while the send email immediately parameter is not in use
anymore as of grcac 10.0,10.1.

Hi All,
Quick question we have implemented SPM and are now working on the WF for the log reports. My customer wants the emails to be sent only once a day and only one email per FF instead of one email per FF action. They have an own program that can send this emails but how to switch the email off from FF.
Sending emails immediately is switched off... So the log report needs to be created and go into WF for approval but the email should not be sent as they want to use their own program.
