There is no migration key required for only hardware upgrade. You have to download all software including database with exact path level what you have. Install SAP on your new hardware. It should be same patch level including database. SID and Instance number should also be same.
Now take a backup of your live server and restore it into new hardware. Do all activities like QAS refresh with PRD. Start the server and give it to user for test. It is only mock run and not final. If everything goes correctly then plan down time and repeat the activities.

We are planning to move on new hardware, no database and OS upgrade,
only hardware. Please suggest to me which type of migration key is required for
hardware upgrade.
Existing setup is:
1. SAP BASIS and ABAP component 620
2. IBM P5 servers
3. OS - AIX 5.1
4. Database - Oracle 9i
New hardware is: IBM - P7 server.
Please suggest to me.
