We did the below set up for Timeout Alert in BCM and scheduled a job with program, RBNK_BATCH_TIMEOUT_MONITOR and Variant to run every 10 minutes.
Status - IBC15 (Payment Medium created)
Status - IBC05 (Received by the Payment network)
Duration - 5 min
Alert Category - TIMEOUT assigned.
Now, I will need to test this scenario. Can you please give your inputs in testing this scenario?
As Dev system is not integrated to any Bank systems and status for the Payment file after Second approval would be Payment Medium created, should I be notified with mail alert for the settings done?
Please let me know if I missed any customizing steps for this scenario.
