I need a help with IAT Format Supplement.
We are using Northern Trust for our domestic USD ACH Payment with a Format Supplement of CCD. We are creating files through Payment Medium Workbench with the help of Function Modules.
Now I am trying to implement the IAT format supplement for our payment to outside of USA and I am getting following error message.
Supplement IAT does not exist for payment medium format /NTC_IAT_ACH
Message no. BFIBL02211
Diagnosis
The supplement /NTC_IAT_ACH for payment medium format IAT is not provided.

You can use the possible entries option to generate a list of format supplements that can be processed by your bank. The supplement /NTC_IAT_ACH that you entered is not included in this list. If the supplement is actually valid for format IAT, then an entry is possible.
What does it mean?
Secondly, US ACH files are created with the help of Function Modules, Is there a way to create Northern Trust IAT ACH Payment file without the help of Function Module in Payment Medium Format?
Any help would be appreciated
