So, I was trying to find out if I could use them in order management, based on the incoterm selected I could put a logic that would identify if some freight estimation condition would be populated or not.

We have a requirement to use incoterm for US domestic shipments. We need to be able to bill freight Collect, Prepaid, collect & deduct and prepaid & add. How can this be accomplished using incoterms?
